Via Nova Training’s goal is to bring real change to the equestrian world.
We recently partnered with students, faculty, and alumni at Stephens College, putting the focus where it belongs: on the horse, and on real, practical change in equestrian sport.
It’s one thing to want to be the change, but it’s another to meet professionals who are living it.
Gilly Slayter, Via Nova Lead Trainer, spoke directly with the Stephens community, demonstrating how positive reinforcement and evidence-based training make a difference you can see, right there in the arena.
As one participant put it, “Having Gilly here was game-changing. It’s one thing to want to be the change, but it’s another to meet professionals who are living it.”
We’re committed to more than theory. We’re here to raise the standard and help shape the next generation of equestrian professionals, one horse and one rider at a time.
